Zombie Tag

Zombie Tag is an exciting version of the old, favorite version. Perfect for parties and Halloween, this game is a hit!
For: For kids between 7 and 12 years.
Intensity level: High
Preparations: Blow up balloons.
Equipment: Balloons, String or Ribbon
Find a large open area for children to play in. Allow the children to choose one child to be the “zombie” or “it”. The remaining children are given a balloon with a string attached to tie loosely around their waists. Be sure this is loosely tied and not around any necks. The balloon should be at their back. The zombie will give the children a 60 second head start and then time will begin (about 3 or 4 mins). The zombie chases and pops balloons to make other zombies. The new zombies will help the first zombie to catch and turn everyone else into zombies. When the time is up, all non-zombies who have avoided capture are awarded the winners and a new game begins!
*Safety is important to remember when children tie the balloon string around their waists.
