Children love to play this TV version of tag. Name a TV character when you are tagged or become it!

This is a game of Tag with a twist. One player is chosen to be “it”. The game begins once the chosen player starts to chases the other children. The player who is “it” must tag the other players. Once “it” tags a player, the tagged player is required to name a TV character. If they cannot think of a TV character on the spot, then they become “it” for the next round. If they do name a TV character, then the player who is “it” will have to tag another player. The game continues until all of the children have the opportunity to become the tagger.
*An alternate version of this game can be played. The game is played in the same manner, only players must name a TV show title instead of a TV character.
