Socks and Gloves
How many socks can you get on one foot, blind folded, with gloves on?
For: adults.
Intensity level: Medium
Preparations: Tell your guests to bring socks without a mate. Don't tell them why but wait until they show up. This way they can't practice.
Equipment: Gloves for at least 3 people, blind fold for 3 people and many many socks
The game is just like it sounds, “Socks and Gloves”. On your invites, you can tell people to bring clean socks that have lost their mate. Now you have a use for them. You can play this game by either individual timed trials or have head to head competition. I think the competition would be more fun. The object of the game is really simple, you have to get as many socks on one foot as possible. The players will think it is going to be a snap but than you tell them that they will have gloves on too. Still no problem, right? Wrong. They are also blind folded. Insert evil laugh. Each player will sit on the floor with a mound of single socks in front of them. Have them put the gloves on and than blind fold them. A good time would be about two minutes for them to try and get as many socks on one foot as possible. You could even have a champion at the end of the night and give them all the socks as a prize.
