Sentences
Use all the letters in a word to make funny sentences.
For:
Intensity level: Medium
Preparations: None or not specified.
Equipment: timer or clock, paper and pencils (optional)
To get started, give players a word that is four to six letters long. Some suggestions are apple, paper, stew, bridge, bounce, etc. Each player must create a sentence using the letters of the given word as the first letters in each word of his/her sentence. For example, “apple” could become “a plain person likes everyone” or “adept pandas pick lovely eggplants.” The sentences do not have to make perfect sense. The funnier, the better. Two rules, however: the original word itself may not be used in the sentence and no word in the sentence may be repeated. Continue playing with new starter words. Each valid sentence scores a point for the player who creates it. The first player to score ten points wins.
