School Is So
True feelings about school (and other subjects) get revealed in this easy group game.
For:
Intensity level: Medium
Preparations: None or not specified.
Equipment: pencils or pens, index cards, a large bowl
Pass out a pencil or pen and an index card to each player. Players are asked to complete the sentence “School is so…” and write it on the card. Examples might be, “School is so boring” or “School is so far away from my house” or “School is so important to me,” etc. When they have finished writing, the players are asked to fold their cards in quarters and place them in a large bowl. Then, the answers are drawn out one by one and read out loud, as the players try to guess who wrote each answer.
NOTE: Variations on this could be “Parents are so…” or “Someone in this room is so….”
