This game is well loved by children and parents alike. Children stand in a circle and link their hands together. Together, all children begin walking in one direction and sing this song:
“Ring around the rosie, Pocket full of posies, Ashes, Ashes, We all…fall…down!”
On the word “down!”, all children fall down to the ground, sitting or laying.
Children can continue to play until they tire of the game.
