Preparations: Scatter coins at thge bottom of the pool.
Equipment: lots of coins, all denominations

While the guests are away from the pool, scatter coins by the handful around the bottom. Then announce that a “pirate’s booty” has been discovered in the pool. Everyone can dive in and collect shiny coins from the bottom. The person who collects the most change is the winner, and everyone gets to keep the coins they collect.
