Higher-Lower
A good guesser can win this simple card game, but a little luck helps, too.
For:
Intensity level: Low
Preparations: None or not specified.
Equipment: a deck of playing cards
Players take turns shuffling the cards and being the dealer. The dealer turns one card over and asks each of the players if they think the next card will be higher or lower. (Note: Aces are always high.)
Players who guess correctly remain in the game to guess the value of the next card. Play continues until only one player remains. That player wins the round and becomes the new dealer. If the card turned over is exactly the same value as the one showing, then the dealer wins the round. The first player to win ten rounds is the champion.
