There is nothing Chinese about this race to get two eggs to the finish line intact.

Equipment: two raw eggs for each player
The object of the game is to cross the finish line without breaking an egg. Players line up at the starting line and receive two raw eggs apiece. They must place one egg beneath their chin and put the other egg on the ground in front of them. When the host shouts “Go!” each player tries to roll the egg on the ground to a finish line at least 20 feet (six meters) away. They may use their feet or hands to roll the egg, but the eggs beneath their chins may not be removed or dropped. The first person to cross the finish line with both eggs intact is the winner. If nobody finishes with both eggs unbroken, then the first person to cross the line with one whole egg wins.
