Bonk!
Learn the names of your fellow players or risk getting bonked!
For: For kids over 7 years, youths and adults.
Intensity level: Medium
Preparations: None or not specified.
Equipment: an empty two-liter plastic bottle
Players sit in a circle and introduce themselves. As soon as everyone is familiar enough to remember one another’s names, one player is chosen as “It.” It stands in the middle of the circle and says the name of one of the players. The player who is named must then quickly name another player, and so on. It will use the plastic bottle and try to bonk any player who is slow in saying a name, or who repeats a name. “Bonk” means a tap on the head, shoulder or knee, not a strong hit. Whomever gets bonked becomes the next It. The game continues until everyone has been bonked, or the bonking gets out of hand.
